Carroll Technology Council (CTC) President Andy Biller announced that the organization is now an official partner in the Carroll Business Path at the CTC Annual Kick Off meeting which was held at Carroll Community College recently. The Carroll Business Path streamlines and supports small business start-up and development by coordinating programs and services and pooling community resources; founding partners include the Carroll County Department of Economic Development, the Miller Center for Small Business at Carroll Community College, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and the Carroll County Small Business and Technology Development Center.
